By using ScoutLoft you agree to these terms.
ScoutLoft is a discovery platform. We curate and describe independent brands; we don’t sell their products, process payments, or handle shipping and returns. When you click through to buy, your contract is with the brand, under their prices, policies and warranties.
We work to keep profiles, prices and offers current, but they are provided “as is”. Prices and offers shown are indicative — confirm details on the brand’s own store before purchasing. Ratings and reviews reflect the views of their authors, not ours.
Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. Don’t scrape the site, send spam, or post fake reviews — we remove accounts that do.
Post only honest, first-hand experiences. Reviews are moderated before they appear. We may remove ones that are abusive, off-topic, or that we reasonably believe are inauthentic — including brand owners reviewing their own brand or a competitor’s.
Brands that have claimed a profile are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish on it, per our brand policy. Brand names, logos and images belong to their owners and are shown to identify the brand for discovery.
Some placements on the site are paid. They always carry a “Sponsored” label and never affect search results, category ordering, or which brands our editors choose for an edit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutLoft is not liable for losses arising from purchases made on third-party stores or from reliance on listed information.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
